Maharashtra Centre for
Enterprenuership Development

             MCED - is a State Level Traning Organisation promoted by Government of Maharashtra and started functioning from 1st October,1988. MCED is a Joint Venture of the State Level stalwart Industrial Corporations namely SICOM, MSFC, MIDC, MELTRON & MITCON.

  The focus of MCED activities is developing enterprenuers. It is based on the concept that
    "Enterprenuers need not be born, they can also be developed."
Traits of Enterprenuership are found in any person from any walk of Life irrespective of caste, religion, location, language etc. Persons could be developed into a competent individuals through a systematic and scientific training.

As the prime motive of the institute, MCED is carrying on various training courses such as DPSE, VTP, MDP, EDP top create awareness about Enterprenuershipto develop career and an atmosphere conductive to Enterprenuership. Thus MCED has succeeded among educated unemployed, youth, enterprenuers and workers. The Head Office of MCED is situauted at Aurangabad & Regional Offices are located at Pune, Kolhapur, Mumbai, Nashik, Aurangabad, Amravati, Nagpur and Oosmanabad in the state. In each and every district of the Maharashtra state, MCED has its Office in the premises of the DISTRICT INDUSTRIAL CENTRE and is headed by the Project Officer appointed.

NEED OF COMPUTER EDUCATION

In the present era of IT Explosion, it is needless to tell the importance of computers and computer training. The Computers have become necessary in all fields of human endavour in homes, offices, factories, schools, banks etc. The Country has a vast untapped human resource necessary for effective implementation of computer policy and its uasge. There are various computer instiutions but many of them are chaging exorbitant fees and most of the institutions have no standard of course syllabus. So, there were many of us who wish to learn computer but could not take admissions for the Course.

Because of the rapid growth in Information and Technology, many new things like Television, Telephone, Fans etc. which were not required for day-to-day use have beconme essential in these days. The world is changing constantly and there is much demand for computers and computer educated persons who have skills of using computers, maintaining computers and its peripherals or to develop SoftWare Porgrams.

With greater interest towards the social attitude and responsibilities MCED has come out with Computer Training Programme (CTP) through selected franchisee through the State Of Maharashtra. We are confident that this Program shall assist many students to get most required quality computer knowledge at affordable fees.
